MID-JICA Project Introduces Interlocking Block Pavement

Solomon Islands is looking at introducing the Inter-locking Block Pavement (IBP) as a new pavement standard in Solomon Islands. The Ministry of Infrastructure and Development (MID) is an implementer of this project. The project team is now piloting block fabrication at MID Laboratory in cooperation with Solomon Islands National University (SINU).
