Vacancy: Assistant Manager Legal Services (AMLS)

The Solomon Islands National Provident Fund Board invites application from high performing, committed, disciplined and experienced candidates to fill the position of Assistant Manager Legal Services (AMLS) currently vacant in the Legal Department.

Part 1: Vacant Position Detail

a. Expected Key Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager Legal Services (AMLS) is a senior position entrusted with the responsibility to assist the Manager Legal Services to execute strategic and operational functions of the Legal Department.

b. Key Result Areas

  1. Develop Legal Department Strategic and Operational Objectives

  2. Manage Legal Cases

  3. Prosecute Parties Offending the SINPF Act and Regulations

  4. Represent SINPF Board in Courts

  5. Assist Manager Legal Services as an Advisor to SINPF Board, Management and Staff on Legal Issues

c. Required Key Attributes

d. Required Qualification/Experience & Skill

  1. High Professional Conducts with Diligent and excellent Personal and Public Relations qualities.

  2. Quality Prosecuting, Drafting knowledge and skills

  3. Excellent planning, management and leadership capabilities.

  4. Investigative, Analytic, Negotiation and debate skills

  5. ICT literate ( Microsoft Office Application)

- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Experience: 3 - 5 Years in Experience in Field of Litigation and Drafting
