The Office of the Prime Minister & cabinet invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Works for the DEMOLITION AND ASBESTOS REMOVAL WORKS TO 2 X STAFF HOUSES & CONSTRUCTING CHAIN LINK FENCING OF THE SIBC RESIDENCES IN LATA, TEMOTU PROVINCE. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderer on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 45 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address MoFT Leaf Hut at Ministry of Finance and Treasury at Town Ground at 2pm on Thursday 16″ September 2021.
A non-refundable tender fee of $ 100.00 is payable to MoFT Cashier and collection of Tender documents with an official receipt at the Procurement Unit at the Office of the Prime Minister& Cabinet,
