The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Construction of Works for the Proposed National Public Health Laboratory Office Building at Kukum Campus. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities and Drawings.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderer. The contract will be awarded the lowest responsive evaluated tender. A sum off $200 is to be paid at the MOFT office and the receipts brought to the EIF/NIU office.

Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from the EIF National Implementation Unit within the Department of External Trade MAFET located at the ground Floor of the Anthony Saru Building.
