HELA PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION, TARI PORI DISTRICT PROCUREMENT COMMISSION

The Tari Pori District Development procurement Commission invites sealed Bids for the following projects to be funded by the Tari Pori District Development Authority in Hela Province.
Project Name: TARI PORI DISTRICT INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

REFERENCE NO: 01-NPC-TPDPC 2021/001 — Construction of 22Kv High Voltage Distribution Lines and 415 Low
Voltage Consumer Service Lines from Tipa to Hapiako in Tagali LLG under Tari/Pori Rural Electrification Program

 

Funding Source:
Tari Pori District Development Authority (TPDDA)

Bid Security:
A Re-fundable fee of PG KIO,OOO.OO in the form of cash or Bank cheque must be submitted with the Bid. Bids submitted without a Bid Security will be REJECTED after the opening of the Bids. Bid security for the Successful Bidder will be RETAINED.

Bid Validity Period:
The Bid validity period shall be 90 days

Tender Document:
A Non Re-fundable fee of KIOOO.OO in the form of cash or Bank cheque be made payable to Tari Pori District Procurement Commission.

Date and Place for Collection of Bid Document: Tender documents will be available from the 2691 of April 2021 and can be collected from Tari Pori District Development Procurement Commission Office, PO Box 13, TARI. Hela Province.

Bid delivery place:
Lodge in the "Tender Box" located at the Tari Pori District Development Authority's Office.

All Bids should be Addressed and Delivered to:

Instruction to Bidders
1. Interested Bidders must arrange with their Agent (s) or a Courier firm of their choice to pick up tender documents and similar arrangements must be done for the lodgement of their bid (s). Bidders must clearly address the outer envelope containing their bids with the address as indicated above in the Bid Delivery Place and marked with tender number, description of project and closing date and time.

The District Procurement Commission will not be held liable for any mishandling.
