The Solomon Islands Women in Business Association (SIWIBA) is seeking for an experience person to fill the position of SIWIBA Training Officer for its secretariat in Honiara.

SIWIBA Training Officer
The SIWIBA Training Officer is responsible to capacity building and development of SIWIBA members and will be working closely with the Program Officer and Coordinator.
The successful applicant will have an undergraduate degree in business management, HR management or communication, or minimum of three years of relevant work experience in similar field is essential;
Experience in designing, implementing and facilitating capacity development and training programs; People management skills; Excellent organization, coordination, management and observation skills; observation skills; Computer literate.
Applicant should be self-motivated, demonstrate ability to work under minimal supervision and have close attention to detail.
