Vacancy: Team Administrator – Finance (Part-Time)
The New Zealand High commission is seeking a Finance Officer to manage our office finances. Duties include managing payments and receipts, payroll, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting. The Finance officer is required to become the office expert in the use of the High Commission’s Financial Management Information System (Navision).
The successful candidate will have experience in a financial administration role with a sound understanding of the accounting cycle and budgeting.
In addition, the successful applicant must:
- Have excellent records management skills
- Be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Be able to converse in both English and Pijin
- Be able to work as part of our great team
- Be willing and able to assist with office administrative duties
The hours of the role are 9:00am- 3:00pm with a one hour lunch break worked Monday to Friday. The salary band for this role is SBD59,916 – SBD 81,063 including housing and medical allowances.
